Ground Floor:

The dining area has a large quartz-topped dining table and six chairs.
Beautifully decorated bedrooms 1 and 2 are also on the ground floor, with custom-fitted wardrobes, vanity units and bedside tables. One bedroom has a double bed; the other has twin beds (these can be configured as a double bed if required). These bedrooms share high quality, good size wet room style bathroom. Both bedrooms have access via sliding doors onto an enclosed patio area, where the table tennis table is located.
First Floor:
The genuinely fabulous master bedroom is accessed via a staircase leading up from the lounge area. It features a double bed with integrated headboard and custom fitted wardrobes, and vanity unit. It also has a private balcony, furnished with two chairs and a coffee table. The en-suite bathroom is on a par with a luxury hotel and features a large walk-in wet room style shower, WC and custom-fitted sink unit, with plenty of storage.
Outside:
The super spacious outdoor areas at Derima include a large 10m pool with built-in Roman steps. There are plenty of choices of where to base yourself outside at this property - with two comfortable Ottoman seating areas (one in the shade, one in the sun), a large rattan seating unit, small bistro-style table and chairs, plus a shady dining area covered with a pergola seating, six people. There is also an outdoor fridge and stone-built BBQ, plus six comfortable sun loungers plus parasols.
The table tennis table is located on the front patio area of the property, which is accessed via bedrooms 1 and 2.
